This hourly rate investigator-client fee agreement is between
FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS, a licensed South Carolina investigative
agency, and _____________________The general nature
of the
case is : ________________________________________________________________
This case will begin on or about the date ________and continue for
90 days or until client withdraws.
Client employs and FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS will accept employment
to perform investigative services in connection with Client’s case
regardless of the disposition of this case. The Client agrees to
fully cooperate with FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS and provide accurate
information as a basis for this investigation. FIND OUT
INVESTIGATIONS is not responsible for results of inaccurate
information or leads provided by Client. Client understands that
FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS may withdraw from this contact if Client
should fail to pay all fees and costs set forth below. Reports,
video/photos will be provided within 10 days of a request by the
Client, but may be withheld until payment is received.
FINDOUT INVESTIGATIONS shall be compensated for all services
rendered Client at the hourly rate of $65.00 per hour and $.50 per
mile. Client agrees to pay the sum of
$ ________as a retainer fee. FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS will bill
hourly against the retainer fee. Client further agrees to pay for
any other expenses incurred during the investigation, including,
but not limited to hotel bills, videotapes, photos, etc. If travel
is anticipated, a fee of $ ____ will be applied toward costs and
expenses incurred in the pursuit of this matter. Once any
investigative effort is initiated in this case a minimum of $200.00
of the retainer will be withheld should Client decide to end the
investigation. Any other balance will be refunded to the Client
upon request.
COURT APPEARANCES
If any agent of FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS is called as a
witness for deposition or Court the cost will be a minimum of
$250.00. If the Court appearance or deposition requires more than 4
hour’s time, the Client will be charged the hourly and mileage rate
set forth above.
CLIENT AGREES THAT NO AGENT OF. Find Out Investigations HAS MADE
ANY PROMISE OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF THEIR CASE OR
FACTS GATHERED DURING THE INVESTIGATION PERFORMED BY Find Out
Investigations. Client does hereby bind his/her heirs, executors
and legal representatives to the terms of this contract as set
forth herein.
The client assumes responsibility to provide accurate information
concerning the investigation. FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS is not
responsible for unproductive investigative time resulting from
inaccurate information supplied by the contract.
FIND OUT INVESTIGATIONS agrees that its representatives will
maintain reasonable communications with the client during the
period of investigation. The client agrees that meetings and
conversations with company representatives may be billed to the
client at the rate of $65.00 per hour.
Unless waived herein by the client, the company agrees to provide
within ___days of conclusion of the investigation services
contracted herein, a written report accurately detailing the hours
worked, activities fully accounting for time charged, and the
results of the investigations.
